The Viaport Marina project from Turkey is participating for the first time in the Saudi Travel Market 2025, which opened in Riyadh on Monday, February 10, and will continue for three days.
Viaport Marina, which began offering its services in May 2015 with an investment value of approximately 1 billion Turkish lira, is one of the most distinguished projects in the world. The amusement park, lion park, aquarium, shopping center, water park, marina, and entertainment center within Viaport Marina are among its most essential attractions.
Built on an area of approximately 600,000 square meters, Viaport Marina features a unique shopping island constructed entirely over the sea, with open, single-story stores overlooking the water.
With its stunning single-story architecture, refreshing sea breeze, and charming outlet concept, which is unlike any other shopping center, along with a rich mix of brands and exclusive food and beverage outlets, Viaport Marina Outlet offers an unparalleled shopping experience.
The project includes the Pirate Island amusement park, featuring 28 different units, including Red Fire, one of the top five roller coasters in Europe. Pirate Island is a destination suitable for everyone from ages 7 to 70, inviting those seeking an unprecedented thrill into its fantastic world of fun.
Additionally, the project houses an entertainment center, introduced for the first time in the United States. It features a cinema, bowling alley, and gaming room, all under one roof. Via Entertainment is a favorite spot for bowling enthusiasts, movie lovers eager to see the latest releases, and young gamers striving to win rewards on screen—making it a destination for visitors of all ages at Viaport Marina.
Viasea Aquarium, which features the longest underwater tunnel in Istanbul, is home to 12,000 marine creatures. As the world’s first climate-themed aquarium, it offers visitors an immersive experience into completely different worlds, combining education and entertainment. At Viasea Aquarium, underwater explorers can feed fish from a bottle and pet stingrays with their hands, offering a fascinating journey into marine life.
Aslan Park, the third-largest big cat zoo in the world and the only one in Turkey, is home to approximately 30 animals from 12 different species. As a conservation center for endangered species, Aslan Park also houses five rare white lions, of which only 30 are known to exist worldwide. The park is also home to African lions, Bengal tigers, Siberian tigers, pumas, cheetahs, black panthers, lynxes, and caracals.
Marina Aquapark, built as Istanbul’s most unique water park, is one of the most spectacular attractions that combine water and entertainment. Featuring 17 different water slides, it is home to Looping Rocket, the tallest water slide in Europe, making it a must-visit for adrenaline enthusiasts. With three different swimming pools, Marina Aquapark offers an exciting experience for visitors from ages 7 to 70. The foam parties, DJ performances, and expert animation shows ensure non-stop entertainment, allowing visitors to enjoy a vacation-like experience in Istanbul with its seaside location.
